While adorable, it does not help with productivity. I do have a couple of electronic cat toys to occupy them, as well as tunnels, balls, squeakies, cracklies, etc. - any kind of cat toy imaginable. However, they do get bored and want my attention at times. When one of the kittens expressed interest in PBS children's cartoons, I got the idea to look for a preschool tablet. This is great - I can put on the cartoons and one of the kittens really is mesmerized. The tablet has a built in "pop the balloon" game that BOTH of the kittens love. They can hit the balloons with their paws and each balloon has either a sound, a musical note, a tweeting bird, etc. - keeps them entertained for a while so I can work.Battery life is very good and screen looks clear. Very good price for the value and for the product. If you DO indeed want this for a small child, I think it has good parental control features as I have to log in each time I use the device and choose whether I am the parent or the child. Child would not have access to downloading new apps, etc. Overall good product.I loved the tablet. My godson lives it. Perfect size for him. He's found games, puzzles and Spanish alphabets. It's great. I ordered another for him to have home and my homeI bought this in September for my then-3 year old. At the beginning seemed decent—nothing mind blowing but nothing too terrible.It’s now January and it’s dead as a door knob because the charger port broke for no reason.Pros:-I loved the iwawa system for kids. It locks them into the kids desktop but all they have to do is solve a simple math problem to get out so it’s not ideal if they’re older-it has the basic functions and is great for a toddler, young kid-the touch screen was very responsiveCONS-where do I begin...-the camera is literally something out of a 2004 flip phone; it’s dark, grainy, and blurry as all get out-the BATTERY: ok if your kid likes watching YouTube clips just don’t bother. This battery drains so fast that you barely get several hours out of it-the preinstalled games are just so so.-the charger itself: it’s super fun when the charger cord it comes with literally snaps apart 2 months in. It does charge with a usb cord BUT that’s not designed for constant use apparently. After switching to the usb to charge, it has been another 2 months and the USB port literally came OUT of the tablet. It cannot be simply put back in.So,,, if you only want a short term tablet and not for a toddler this is ok. If you want to have a toddler with a mental breakdown every 2 hours if the tablet dies and you’re on a trip, then buy it.These tablets are great for toddlers. You need to read the instructions carefully to really know how to use it and get it working there many bad reviews because people don't use the manual. Youtube tutorial videos could help with the whole wifi thing as well.I received this product in a nice package the following day from ordering it. It came with two types of chargers and a protective shield for the screen. It came with some charge so I was able to turn it on right away and set the settings on it. My toddler which is 2 years old immediately pick up on it and started playing with the many learning tools it comes with. You can also download many more games with it as long as you have a google account. It's a great teaching and learning tool for toddlers and kids. I basically bought it so it can help my son with speaking and comprehension and he was happy when he got it. I also have to say the manufacturer has excellent customer service! After a few days my toddler dropped its tablet and cracked the screen so I high recommend you buy a thicker and better screen protector. The tablet does in fact take good hits but for some reason this time it landed on screen causing crack and it still turned on but hard to respond with touch. So anyways I emailed the manufacturer and they immediately got in touched with me and asked me for my order# and said they would send me a new one to help me out. I was extremely happy with their support and service and I highly recommend this product to anyone not only because the quality of product but also awesome customer support. Thank you for your help!Got this for my 3 year old to keep him busy while his sister is at practice or games. It was great to start but once a few things got downlaod it slowed way down. It is pretty durable he has thrown it and dropped it without any breaks.
